Seegut Zeppelin is a young hotel on the shores of Lake Constance, with direct access to the lake, a clear design language and a strong understanding of genuine hospitality.

As part of the Design Hotels community, we care about creating a place that feels coherent in every sense: in its architecture, its atmosphere and the way people work together. We work with care, structure and attention to detail. At the same time, collaboration should be straightforward, respectful and reliable.

Our restaurant, Pinus, reflects the same standards and has been awarded the Bib Gourmand. To us, this is less a label than a daily commitment: doing good work as a team, with precision, consistency and without unnecessary show.

Since Seegut Zeppelin only opened in 2024, many things are still developing. Structures are taking shape, processes are being refined and good ideas are welcome. Working here means not only being part of a special place, but also helping to shape it and taking responsibility.

Clear communication, fair treatment and leadership that provides direction matter to us. We want to create a working environment where professionalism and humanity belong together, and where people can rely on one another.
