The staff accommodation is horrible. Some rooms (the old part of the building) don't have bathroom and you have to share a toilet with many people. The management of the Housekeeping Department is inefficient. As employee you are not even listened when proposing new ideas or improvements. The equipment given to work is not enough for all the colleagues and it is in really bad shape! Moreover the organization of daily work and tasks division is not always even. The constant pressure from some supervisors and the arrogance they have is something to review. Consider to work and over work when the hotel is fully booked. There's always new personnel in the department so you have to train them every time. You don't get anything in return.

Tolles Skigebiet und schönes Hotel
Das Personalessen ist mittlerweile eine Katastrophe. Immer das gleiche, lieblos und manchmal ungenießbar. Leider stößt man bei der Kritik auf Taube Ohren. Auch an Personalwohnungen oder Zimmer wird nicht gedacht. Getreu dem Motto Profit ist alles Personal ist ersetzbar.
Ich war Mitarbeiter im The Restaurant. Meine Aufgaben waren Besteck polieren, Anreichen der Speisen, Wasserservice, Frühstücksservice, Mise en place etc
In general, very friendly people, from managers to colleagues; of course there is also not so nice and rude people that treat you like rubbish, but in general people are friendly
the accommodations provided are an absolute joke. I would recommend everyone to reject any job there if you do not have an accommodation prior to your starting date. Otherwise, you will be living in worse conditions than in prison. It is not a joke or exaggerated, you will share a tiny room and bathroom with a random person, with totally different schedules which do not allow any of you to sleep, and you will not be able to cook as there is no kitchen provided. Your only source of food is precooked stuff in Coop (crazy expensive and totally unhealthy) and the canteen, which sometimes have food which is good, meanwhile other times the food is completely rubbish and almost all the staff complains about it
Receiving WhatsApp messages every time non-stop from supervisors with instructions (very rude from one of the senior supervisors), and clean all the time different areas. Communication within the team was ridiculously bad
