Great Place, great people. Feeling like a big family. Amazing Hotel and very beautiful village.
Even if it's a season hotel, work-life balance does not exist. Staff accomadation are okay, but they could improve a lot. No parking availibility and and long distance walk to the hotel, is a big minus. Canteen is not to recommend. And to be honest there are no benefits. Thoose days, where all places are having problem to find someone, they should know much better. There are so may intelligent and good HOD's and GM. Why does no one realize that today you need to offer the people a lot more, than just a good atmosphere, this is no beneift, i'm sorry. That should be normal at every work place. They have so many USP's for the hotel, but none for the staff. That makes me very sad, because the people are so nice.

Openness in communication is very special. The team is young and able to work well together. Also all staff is hired long before opening to perform necessary trainings.
Staff canteen, connection to and from work. Staff living quarters are good but could use a little renovation.
