Very possitive atmosphere and good working environment.
Some small details need to be chainged but nothing realy important.
I really like the working atmosphere - my colleagues are very friendly and supportive, the location of the hotel is beautiful (so even if you are upset, you can get out and enjoy a short walk by the sea) and we have fantastic meals in employees canteen every day and our General manager, is truly a leader, not a boss.

People that I work with- my colleagues, positive energy, recognizing hard work, the possibility of finding your own place inside the company, possibility to learn, grow and educate.
More education and training for the employees- because business grows, when people grow.
