Team was very good and friendly
Accommodation are very old and to expensive. Bathroom to share with the Etage - Showers are outside. No privacy. Walls are thin. Food was also expensive and not really healthy. Not diverse - Every 2 weeks the same food. No crew welfare programs. food and accommodation it is Not really appreciate. Need for improvement.

Sehr korrekt und gut strukturiert
Leider kann ich keine Auskunft über die neue Direktionsfamilie geben.
Die Mitarbeiterkantine. Man trifft dort wirklich jeden an, vom Tellerwäscher oder eifache Putzkraft bis hin zum Hoteldirektor.
Ich würde eine Renovierung des ältesten Mitarbeiterhauses vorschlagen.

Perfekter Arbeitgeber. Das Hotel selbst ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch besitzt das Haus jede Menge Charme. Das Hotel wird nun renoviert und ist daher im Sommer geschlossen.
André Salamin verlässt das Haus leider. Damit auch ein toller Direktor, welche das Hotel und die Stimmung sehrmgeprägt hat.
Pausenzeiten, wasser bei der Arbeit trinken, Freizeit, von den Stunden her ganz okay
