Manage all purchase orders for F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Administration
Ensure compliance with approved suppliers, pricing agreements, and budget guidelines
Track delivery performance, verify quantities, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
Act as the primary point of contact for all vendors and maintain strong working relationships
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with Finance
Monitor consumption, stock levels, and cost performance – identify savings opportunities
Maintain accurate product and pricing data in the procurement system (EMC)
Ensure full documentation, policy compliance, and audit readiness
Support monthly inventory counts and cost control processes with Finance
Collaborate closely with all departments to understand operational needs and ensure timely supply

For this position, a gross monthly salary starting from €2.500 is offered. Of course, higher compensation is possible depending on your prior experience and qualifications
