Your Responsibilities

• Luggage service during check-in and check-out

• Cloakroom service

• Parking of guest vehicles (garage/parking area)

• Guest transfers within the Gstaad–Saanenland region

• Cleaning of hotel vehicles as well as guests’ vehicles

• Handling of postal services

• General guest services

• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the entrance area and driveway

• Compliance with hotel-specific quality standards

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry

• Well-groomed appearance

• Valid driver’s license

• Enjoyment in interacting with people

• Reliability, flexibility, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility

• Passion for and enjoyment of the profession

• Fluent in English, and at least one other language (German or French)
