Key Responsibilities

• Perform essential housekeeping duties, including cleaning rooms, handling laundry, and managing guest items
• Follow detailed instructions and guidelines to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and service
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues, ensuring a respectful and efficient environment
• Maintain excellent grooming, personal presentation, and work attire at all times
• Demonstrate punctuality, flexibility, and strong time management skills, adapting to the fast-paced work environment
• Split shifts may occur depending on scheduling; overtime is likely during the high season
• A strong work ethic and high level of commitment are essential for success in this role
• Learn and grow through hands-on experience, with opportunities for advancement in future seasons

Our requirements

• Must speak and understand English to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Previous team experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
• Self-motivated, responsible, and flexible with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain attention to detail, ensuring high standards of service
• Ready to work split shifts and handle overtime during the high season
• Adaptable to a physically demanding role, demonstrating dedication and commitment

About the position

• Career Growth Opportunities: Internal exams after 12-16 weeks to specialize in positions such as Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, and more
• Ongoing Development: Continuous training, feedback, and career advancement through the Alpina Housekeeping Training Academy
• Working Hours: 43.5h/ week; Shifts include early mornings and nights, with overtime as required
• Fair Compensation: A time management system ensures accurate payment for overtime and unused vacation days
• Accommodation and Meals: Simple accommodations in the region and three meals a day (deduction applies)
