Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service while embodying our values of authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
• Collaborate with a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable guest experiences
• Ensure seamless operations in your area of expertise while upholding the highest standards of quality
• Warm and professional reception of our guests
• Completion of all standard reception tasks, such as check-in/out with PMS Protel
• Rooming of all arriving guests
• Compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management
• Support for the reservations department
• Guest service
• Operation of the switchboard
• Handling any guest complaints
• General administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and the commitment to deliver excellence in all areas
• Completed training/degree in hospitality or equivalent qualification
• First experience in 5-star hospitality
• Enjoyment in dealing with guests
• Complete discretion
• Organized and meticulous work ethic
• Reliability, willingness to take responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, authentic, and professional presence
• Very good English skills as the company language
• Additional knowledge of German and/or French is highly desirable; any other language is a clear advantage
• Enjoyment of collaborating in a dynamic, challenging environment
