Introduction

Around a dozen luxury hotels in Switzerland and France belong to Michel Reybier Hospitality.
In the world-famous resort of Zermatt, the hotel portfolio includes the traditional Mont Cervin Palace (5*S), the trendy new Schweizerhof (4*S), and the historic Monte Rosa (4*).

For our central reservations office, we are looking for a motivated Reservation Agent (m/f) to join us on a permanent contract, starting immediately!

Your main tasks

• Sales conversations, acceptance and processing of written and telephone reservations

• Correspondence in German, English, and French

• Advising guests on prices and room categories

• Creating and updating reservations

• Preparing offers, confirmations, etc., in German, English, and French

• Checking provisional bookings and following up accordingly

• Monitoring and filing correspondence

• Maintaining and updating guest profiles

Your profile

• Professional experience in a similar establishment in Switzerland and/or abroad

• Good verbal and written communication skills in German, English, and French

• Team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to stay organized and efficient even in busy or stressful situations
