YOUR ROLE – WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Crew Leader, you are the heartbeat of the shift and a role model for the team.
Lead and motivate the crew during early, late, and occasionally night shifts
Be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a smooth guest journey
Coordinate daily operations at Front Office & Bar
Handle check-ins, check-outs, cash handling, and service recovery
Support onboarding, training, and daily guidance of new crew members
Ensure brand standards, safety, and service quality at all times
Take ownership during busy shifts and lead by example
We don’t have a kitchen crew! We prepare the food ourselves.
We don’t have a bar manager! We make the drinks ourselves.We are hosts! What else!
Help shape the duty roster (work schedule)
Support with the monthly closing

WHAT YOU BRING
Experience in hospitality, front office, or F&B (leadership experience is a plus)
A hands-on, proactive leadership style
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
Team spirit, reliability, and a positive attitude
Good German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
