We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position :

RESERVATION AGENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professional telephone and written acceptance
• Processing of reservation requests
• Active room and voucher sales
• Creation of offers
• Maintaining the guest database
• Guest service in three languages ​​(d/f/e) as well as the associated correspondence 

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area
• Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e)
• Good computer and MS Office skills
• Opera Cloud knowledge is mandatory 
• Guest-oriented, professional work and sales talent
