• Daily Closing Checks – You review daily closures from the Hotel Property Management System (Opera Cloud).
• Revenue Monitoring – You control and analyze hotel, restaurant, and rental revenues, contributing to financial transparency.
• Training Operational Teams – You instruct colleagues from restaurants, the spa, and the hair salon on the correct use of POS systems, playing a key role in preventing incorrect postings.
• Ad-hoc Reporting for Management – You provide fast, precise analyses as a basis for high-level operational decisions.
• Reconciliation of Payment Transactions – Using the Matchbox software, you ensure flawless allocation and control of all transactions.
• System Implementation & Optimization – You actively contribute to the development of our finance systems and support the implementation of new digital tools.

This is you

• You have a commercial or hospitality-related education and initial experience in finance and accounting – ideally in the hotel or service industry.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as Italian are a plus.
• You work in a structured and precise manner and can keep an overview even when dealing with complex data.
• With your analytical thinking and affinity for digital tools, you help take our finance processes to the next level. We work with state-of-the-art systems such as Opera Cloud, Tcpos, TAC, Matchbox, Abacus, etc.
• You are a team player with a proactive mindset, eager to optimize processes and take on responsibility.
• You are confident using the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
