Your Mission
Luxurious. Demanding. Visionary. In this key position, you will actively shape the culinary direction of our establishment and ensure that every experience in our outlets remains unforgettable – for our guests as well as for our team members.
Your Responsibilities – diverse and impactful:
- Lead & Inspire: You ensure smooth operations across all F&B outlets, lead your team with clarity and enthusiasm, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Focused on Numbers, Driven by Quality: You analyze food and beverage costs, take ownership of pricing strategies, calculate profit margins, and always keep the budget under control.
- Operational Strength meets Strategic Vision: From menu planning and inventory to the implementation of operational standards (e.g., ISO), you think like an entrepreneur and act proactively.
- Communicator & Connector: You serve as a key liaison between internal departments, suppliers, and event partners – always on equal footing and with diplomatic finesse.
- Creating Events & Experiences: You plan banquets, coordinate catering services, and oversee exclusive events with attention to detail and professional composure.
- Digital & Efficient: You manage the POS system, streamline processes, and implement new tools to continuously elevate our service quality.
This is you
Your Profile – professional and forward-thinking:- Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy – ideally complemented by further education in management.
- Several years of leadership experience in the F&B sector of a luxury hotel.
- Excellent command of German and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong numerical skills, and a high standard of quality awareness.
- Hands-on mentality, diplomatic communication style, and confident demeanor in every situation.
