Your Impact:
Are you a warm and welcoming host with an exceptional sense of service, anticipating the needs of even the most discerning guests? As a Les Clefs d’Or member with several years of experience as a concierge, you are the perfect candidate for our team. Join us and use your dedication and professionalism to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities - Diverse & Demanding:
  • Outstanding Guest Service: As the first point of contact for our international guests, you ensure memorable moments with your charm and expertise.
  • Coordination of Transfers & Activities: From private transfers and exclusive excursions to personalized experiences – you fulfill guest requests with ease and efficiency.
  • Supervision & Leadership of the Chasseur Team: You manage the team of chasseurs, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, luggage handling, and the impeccable condition of guest vehicles.
  • Professional Communication: Handling emails and phone inquiries confidently in German, English, and Italian, as well as managing newspapers, mail, and package deliveries.
  • Administrative Duties: Responsible for cash handling, guest expense recording, and maintaining guest feedback data with precision and reliability.
  • Participation in Events & Training: Representing our hotel at concierge events and maintaining close relationships with the local tourism industry.

This is you

  • Les Clefs d’Or Membership: You are a recognized concierge professional with an excellent network.
  • 5-Star Luxury Experience: At least three years of experience in a similar position, understanding the expectations of international guests.
  • Linguistic Excellence: Fluent in German, English, and Italian, with a confident and eloquent communication style.
  • Innate Hospitality DNA: A strong service-oriented mindset, patience, and warmth, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Organizational Talent: Ability to stay focused under high occupancy and proactively manage tasks.
