Chef de Partie - Staff Restaurant

This is what you move with us
- Full responsibility for your own station – from mise en place to the final plate presentation
- Creative input in developing new dishes and menus in close collaboration with the Head Chef
- Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP regulations
- Leading and motivating your team, including training Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chefs
- Close coordination with other stations and departments to ensure a smooth service flow
- Optimizing processes and actively contributing to the further development of our culinary concept
This is you
- Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Passion for excellent products and a meticulous eye for presentation
- Structured and organized working style – able to stay on top of things even in high-pressure situations
- A team player with leadership skills and the ability to mentor young talents
- Creativity and openness to innovative trends and culinary developments
- Languages: Italian required, additional languages are a plus
