Main Tasks:

• Supporting the Stewarding Supervisor / Stewarding Staff
• Ensuring professional and courteous service at all times
• Ensuring a clean and organized workplace
• Understanding all services and products offered by the hotel
• Monitoring operating supplies, equipment, and successfully reducing spoilage and waste
• Immediately reporting equipment failures or malfunctions to the department manager
• Wearing a clean and proper uniform, including safety shoes and name tag, and maintaining a high standard of personal appearance at all times
• Supporting good and collegial cooperation within your own department and with other departments of the hotel
• Sharing responsibility for smooth organization and workflows throughout the stewarding department
• Supporting supervisors in preparing goods requisitions
• Cleaning and washing pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with hotel standards
• Ensuring compliance with all waste separation regulations
• Knowledge and understanding of all cleaning procedures for dishwashers and the types of chemicals used.

Desired skills and qualifications:

NATIONALITY: 

• Eligible for a working permit in country of hire

EXPERIENCE:

• One (1) years in a similar position within a luxury brand or an international company

LANGUAGE: Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:

• Local language – excellent oral and written skills
• English – excellent oral and written skills
• Additional language - beneficial
