Located in the heart of Nice, the Hôtel Monsigny* is a 3-star property featuring a modern restaurant “La Verrière”, a panoramic rooftop bar, and a popular cocktail lounge during the summer season.

We welcome a diverse clientele — local, business, and international — in a warm yet professional atmosphere.

Your tasks

As part of our service team, under the supervision of our Head Waiters and F&B Management, you will:

• Help set up the restaurant or rooftop before service;
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience;
• Take orders and ensure smooth communication with the kitchen and bar;
• Provide table service following our quality standards;
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene (HACCP standards);

Assist with closing duties and end-of-service organization

Your profile

• Fluent English is mandatory (most of our guests are international);
• Knowledge of French is a plus;
• Friendly, dynamic, and service-oriented personality;
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player;
• Well-presented and eager to learn;
• Previous experience in hospitality is appreciated but not required.
