Recreation Manager

Naama Beach Villas & Spa, a luxury beachfront destination in Fujairah, is seeking a passionate and experienced Recreation Manager to lead and oversee all recreational activities and facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all recreation operations including pool, beach, gym, water sports, and guest activities
Plan, organize, and execute daily recreational programs and special events
Ensure all recreation areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
Enforce safety standards, lifeguard coverage, and compliance with health & safety regulations
Lead, train, and motivate the recreation team, including lifeguards and attendants
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
Coordinate closely with Spa, Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments
Manage departmental budgets, scheduling, and inventory of recreation equipment
Prepare reports related to usage, guest satisfaction, and operational performance
Promote recreation services to enhance guest engagement and revenue
Minimum 35 years experience in recreation or leisure operations, with at least 12 years in a managerial role
Experience in luxury resorts or beach resorts preferred
Strong knowledge of pool & beach operations and safety regulations
Lifeguard certification and first aid/CPR certification preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
