We are looking for an Office Executive who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Dubai office. This role supports the Dubai-based team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating staff travels, maintaining records, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in an office administration or executive support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Dubai or those with at least 35 years of relevant work experience in the UAE.
