We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our talent development strategy and ensuring that our colleagues have the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct training needs analysis across departments and develop tailored solutions to address skill gaps.

• Partner with Heads of Departments to support succession planning, career development, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously improve L&D strategies.

• Ensure alignment with brand standards, UAE labor law, and hospitality best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

• Minimum 35 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality sector.

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to design modern training programs using blended learning approaches.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
