The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of ERTH Abu Dhabi, ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, financial performance, and full compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and manage day-to-day hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.

• Drive service excellence and guest satisfaction in line with ERTH Abu Dhabi standards.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, cost controls, and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.

• Build, lead, and motivate department heads and teams; promote a high-performance culture.

• Oversee quality assurance, SOP implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Represent ERTH Abu Dhabi in stakeholder, partner, and VIP engagements.

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 810 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 35 years in a senior management role.

• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise.

• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-department operations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality is highly preferred.

• UAE / GCC experience is an advantage.
