Job Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer forcreating visually compelling designs that reflect the Erth brand identity. In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams, including Senior Leadership, to develop creative, dynamic, engaging presentations and other deliverables. These might take the form of slide decks, icons, information assets, logos, content or whatever communication tool is coming next. The goal is to inspire, inform, and captivate the attention of our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring great creative energy, design expertise, storytelling ability and a different way of thinking to the table.

Job Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding

Develop engaging designs for promotional materials, advertisements, social media, newsletters, and hotel collateral.
Ensure all designs align with the hotels brand guidelines and visual identity.
Design event-related graphics, signage, menus, and displays for F&B, spa, and other departments.

Digital Content Creation

Produce creative assets for the hotels website, mobile app, and social media channels.
Edit photos and videos for marketing purposes.
Design digital advertising creatives for online campaigns.

Print & Production Coordination

Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external printers and suppliers.
Oversee quality control for all printed and produced materials.

Collaboration & Innovation

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other departments to understand project requirements.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.
Keep up to date with design trends, hospitality marketing strategies, and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

3-5 years of work experience in high-end graphic design work within a creative environment.
Ideal proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
Experience in using Microsoft Excel data to create visually engaging charts and infographics
Knowledge of printers and print solutions
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Excel, Blender 3D Graphic Software
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong, clear and well-articulated.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
Experience in photography and video editing is a plus.
