We are looking for a qualified EHS & Hygiene Officer to join our resort in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations, including HACCP and local authority requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Food Safety, Environmental Health, or related field

• HACCP Certification (Level 3 or above)

• Minimum 2 years experience in as EHS & Hygiene officer in hospitality/Catering in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) standards
