Scope of Work:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing. TheDigital Marketing Manager will manage the hotels digital marketing activities, including online campaigns, content management, and social media engagement, in alignment with the hotels branding and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display, content)
2.Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
3.Lead the creation, launch, and management of multi-channel digital campaigns.
4.Oversee social media presence, content calendars, and brand messaging.
5. Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs (Google Analytics, etc.).
6.Manage internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
7.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
8.Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
9.Stay updated on emerging digital platforms, MarTech, and industry trends.
10.Strictly adheres to the hotels Policy on Confidentiality and Ethics.
