We are seeking a reliable and experienced Concierge to become the face of our hotel.

The Concierge will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide them with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, making necessary travel arrangements, and providing information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with outstanding multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure
• Make travel arrangements and reservations for guests
• Answer questions related to the facility and surrounding areas
• Handle special requests and complaints
• Maintain records of guest preferences, bookings, and feedback
• Assist guests with luggage or transportation needs
• Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a concierge or in a related customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Good multitasking and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and handling office equipment
• High school diploma; degree in hotel management or relevant field is preferred
