Job Title: Chief Animator

Location: Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort Fujairah, UAE

Position Summary:
Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort is seeking an energetic, creative, and experienced Chief Animator to lead our entertainment and animation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering engaging daytime and evening activities that enhance guest satisfaction and create memorable resort experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the animation and entertainment team.

• Plan, organize, and execute daily and weekly animation programs for adults and children.

• Coordinate daytime activities such as sports, games, fitness sessions, and pool/beach activities.

• Organize and host evening entertainment programs including shows, live performances, themed nights, and special events.

• Ensure high levels of guest interaction, participation, and satisfaction.

• Train, coach, and schedule animation team members to ensure consistent performance and coverage.

• Maintain a fun, safe, and professional environment for guests of all ages.

• Coordinate with F&B, Front Office, and other departments for events and promotions.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and resort policies during all activities.

• Manage animation equipment, costumes, and activity materials.

• Monitor guest feedback and adjust programs accordingly.

• Assist in promoting resort activities and special events.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chief Animator or Senior Animator in a hotel or resort environment.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Confident stage presence with the ability to host and entertain guests.

• Experience in sports activities, fitness, games, and show coordination.

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging programs.

• Fluent in English (additional languages such as Russian, German, or French are an advantage).

• High energy level, positive attitude, and guest-focused personality.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
