Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chairman
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. This role ensures efficient calendar management, smooth coordination of daily activities, and handles confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, emails, and other documents
Handle confidential correspondence and act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to support the executives priorities
Assist with office management and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office Suite and calendar/email management tools
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
