We are looking for dynamic and talented Accounts Payable who is committed to provide exceptional service in unique and sophisticated environments.

Key Job Responsibilities

• To ensure suppliers payments are made in a timely manner.
• To make sure approved purchase order is attached to the supplier invoice.
• To reconcile supplier statements each month.
• To charge expenses to accounts and/ or cost centers as per the invoice/expense reports.
• To maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• To issue invoices, receipts, refunds as required.
• To coordinate with suppliers when the cheque is ready for collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Direct experiences in a similar role, preferably 1 - 2 years within Dubai, UAE
• Good command of English & Arabic
• Result-driven with good communications skill
