We are seeking a SPA Therapist - Cosmetologist - Estetista (m/f/d) to bring the essence of our A-ROSA experience to life in this stunning setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming Guests, always with the top level of hospitality and professionalism, consenting special requests if possible,
• Delivering a variety of SPA services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, manicure, pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner, complying with the Hotel standards and procedures,
• Following the customized treatment plans, according to the SPA Manager guidelines,
• Suggesting and promoting retail products or additional services,
• Massaging and kneading the muscles and soft tissues to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries or enhancing wellness, complying with the Hotel standards and procedures,
• Preparing and mixing oils and applying appropriately the blends to Guests' skin,
• Sharing with other SPA professionals the critical cases in order to follow the best treatment plans,
• Keeping detailed and accurate treatment records of Guests,
• Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions,
• Assisting the SPA receptionists in handling calls during busy hours and providing information by phone and face to face,
• Keeping perfectly clean and tidy the treatments rooms and SPA suites,
• Comply with the hygiene standards and following the health and safety procedures.
• Assuming the responsibility of opening and closing the SPA on designated times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years´ experience in a cutting-edge SPA/therapy center as a professional SPA therapist,
• High confidence with the health and safety rules (e.g., the legal/fire/safety practices pertinent to the role)
• Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are also required (minimum B1)
• Great interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work, standing for extended periods,
• Ability to keep a well-groomed and professional appearance,
• Team working, high discretion, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility, customer centricity and humility are a must,
• Legal right to work in Italy.
